Caroline Green
Caroline Green is a committed RCDP with over 18 years’ experience supporting clients to fulfil their career dreams through guidance, coaching and CV writing. She founded and currently runs The Talent Cycle, as well as coming up with the idea for and hosting the annual Careers Fest.
Caroline is also a Learning and Development professional, taking the Careers sector by storm to improve practice and mentor those new to the profession. With the support of The Talent Cycle team, she aims to #savethecareersector by raising visibility, improve understanding and pay and conditions, and encourage a future talent pipeline.
She was the WINNER of the Career Development Institute’s Private Sector Career Coach/Consultant of the Year 2023 and is a Member of the Career Writers Association.
