Caroline Green is an award-winning career development professional, learning and development specialist, and passionate advocate for women in the workplace.

With nearly two decades of experience in career guidance, coaching, and CV writing, she has helped many clients to develop clarity, build confidence, and move forward with momentum. A committed Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP), Caroline is the CEO and Founder of The Talent Cycle, where she delivers career coaching, workshops, and retreats that inspire people to take control, claim their space, and own their brilliance.

Caroline’s work focuses strongly on supporting women, particularly those navigating self-doubt and societal pressure, while seeking their true path. She is a visible voice for women without children, challenging assumptions and creating spaces where all women feel heard and represented. Through her female-focused events, programmes, and coaching, she brings women together to explore what confidence looks like for them, and how to move forward with purpose. She also supports organisations to help their employees grow through inclusive career development programmes and workshops.
