Chris’ background in art and philosophy has inspired him to develop visual and kinaesthethic methods tailored to the diverse learning styles of students. He employs innovation, creativity and technology to support young people, schools, colleagues and practitioners across the guidance community.

Chris currently works as Area Manager & Careers Adviser RCDP supporting a team of dedicated careers advisers delivering information, advice and guidance services across south-east England. He is also a media content creator for CXK, a charity whose mission is to inspire people to thrive. A published careers writer, Chris is also the current Chair of the Careers Writers Association (CWA).
