Gill Frigerio

Dr Gill Frigerio is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Warwick. Gill's teaching and research interests cover theory and practice in career coaching; working with vocation and calling; women’s career development and researching career development practice. 

Dr Gill Frigerio is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Warwick and leads on the Centre's qualifications in Career Studies and Coaching. 

Her prior experience is in career development practice and management. Gill's teaching and research interests cover theory and practice in career coaching; working with vocation and calling; women’s career development and researching career development practice. She has written on a range of career development practice issues for a range of audiences. She is particularly committed to increasing the diversity of the career development profession and ensuring it is an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. 

Gill’s doctoral research developed a framework for incorporating vocation and calling into career development practice at the interface of faith and work. She enjoys working with new and experienced practitioners to help them develop their insights and critically evaluate their effectiveness, as well as managing their own wellbeing and career development.
