Jude Hanley
Jude Hanley is an experienced careers adviser, currently working in a secondary school with a sixth form. She is passionate about equality and diversity and regularly creates content for online magazines, newsletters and websites. She is a member of the Careers Writers Association (CWA) and a Fellow of Advance HE.
A member of the Careers Writers Association (CWA), Jude Hanley is a freelance writer and practising Careers Adviser and Careers Leader. She has 30 years’ experience working in schools, colleges and higher education, as well as with NEET young people.
Alongside working in a secondary school with a sixth form and freelance writing, Jude previously had her own careers consultancy business called Queer Careers. As an advocate of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and a Stonewall LGBT Workplace Role Model she often writes about EDI topics.
Jude has had job profiles and articles published on prospects.ac.uk and created content for the Abintegro careers platform as well as the Careers Development Institute (CDI) publication, Career Matters. She most recently wrote an article about the use of Instagram in job searching.
