Jules Benton has over 35 years’ experience working as a careers guidance professional, trainer and consultant. She specialises in delivering training on careers education for individuals with impairments, health conditions or special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). 

Jules Benton has over 35 years’ experience working within the public, private, and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sectors as a careers guidance professional, trainer and consultant.

Jules regularly delivers training on careers education information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) for people with an impairment, health condition or special educational need or disability (SEND) for organisations such as the Career Development Institute (CDI), Disability Rights UK and regional careers hubs.

Jules is also Chief Executive of Cosmic Cactus, a service providing advice and support for transitions to employment, training, further/higher educatio and adult services, particularly for those experiencing barriers to participation due to different factors, including SEND.
