Why do we need another book about career theories?
Julia Yates explores why career development theories, despite their value, are often underused in practice. Drawing from conversations with practitioners, she identifies barriers like inaccessible academic language and lack of practical guidance. Her new book,Career Development Theories in Practice, aims to offer a clear, readable, and practical resource to bridge this gap.
