Rosie Alexander
Dr Rosie Alexander is a researcher specialising in career guidance and development. She has published widely, with a focus on best practice in careers provision and on the geographical dimensions of career and career guidance.
Dr Rosie Alexander currently holds a postdoctoral fellowship at Aarhus University in Denmark where she is exploring career guidance innovations in island communities. Previously she was a lecturer on the Career Guidance and Development programme at the University of the West of Scotland. Prior to her academic career she worked for over 15 years as a career adviser in both England and Scotland with young people in schools, community settings and universities.
