Ceri Roderick is an applied psychologist with many years’ experience working with blue chip companies and government organisations on job selection. Ceri is Emeritus Partner at Pearn Kandola, a business psychology consultancy.

Ceri Roderick is an applied psychologist and selection systems practitioner with over 30 years’ experience of working with blue chip companies and government organisations on job selection. He also coaches people on how to deliver their best performance as part of recruitment processes. 

This experience means that he knows what organisations are looking for; he has designed the selection criteria for dozens of public and private sector employers. His work focusses on helping people to understand how selection processes operate and, armed with this knowledge, how to be your ‘best self’.
