James Meachin
James is a Partner at the business psychology consulting firm Pearn Kandola. He is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, as well as having a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.
James has over 20 years consulting experience and he has particular interests in executive selection, identifying high potentials, and developing fair assessment processes. He has worked with major employers in the UK and internationally to design and deliver fair and effective selection processes for graduate recruitment, customer service roles, professional roles, and senior management positions.
