Your Go to guide for applying to HE through UCAS

A useful book for students, parents and teachers as they go through the process of applying to universities and colleges via UCAS. The majority of the book explains in detail the mechanics of the application process, how to use the UCAS Hub, how to make an application and what happens when. However, this is proceeded by an excellent think tank section which addresses the important broader issues to be considered before and during an application. These include, career aspirations, types of course, where to study and financial considerations amongst others. This section is best read some time before the application is made and is key for applicants and their parents/teachers/advisers to understand the system and work out their tactics. This book allows readers to make strong, well-considered and successful applications through UCAS.
