Emily Lucas read Medical Science at the University of Birmingham before obtaining a master’s degree in Genomic Medicine at Queen Mary, University of London. She currently holds the position of University Support Officer at MPW’s Birmingham college and helps students with their university applications, as well as supporting them with pre-admissions tests such as the University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) andBioMedicalAdmissions Test (BMAT). Emily is completing a PhD in developmental biology at the University of Southampton. Emily also teaches biology,and is the current author of Trotman’sGetting into Veterinary School, as well as being co-author ofGetting into Medical SchoolandGetting into Dental School.
