Lucy uses her life experiences to inform her writing, with A Guide to Uni Life, her bestselling book with more than 100 five-star reviews on Amazon, inspired by her time at Oxford University. Lucy writes for UK newspapers, especially The Sunday Times, the Evening Standard, The Times, and Guardian. She has won a string of awards including Business Journalist of the Year at the Santander Media Awards and Young Journalist of the Year at the DLA Piper Media Awards. She is the author of seven books, including Entrepreneur, Ausperity and Pimp Your Vocab. Lucy can often be seen commenting on student and business issues on TV (BBC Breakfast, News 24, Sky News) and radio (Radio 4's Broadcasting House and Woman's Hour, LBC, BBC local radios, Talk Europe and more). She graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in English, and lives in north London with her husband and three young kids.
