Mo Kanjilal-Williams
Mousumi Kanjilal Williams is the award-winning Founder & Director at Edge Of Difference, a diversity, equity, and inclusion company for bold leaders. She is a TEDx Speaker and Author focused on how we understand differences to create inclusive cultures. She works with leaders and teams to build cultures rooted in curiosity and inclusion. She is named as one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs for 2026 in the f:Entrepreneur campaign run by Small Business Britain. She is working on her second book, focused on future leaders, to be published by Trotman Publishing in late 2026. She is also a Non-Exec Director, Charity Board Trustee, Mentor, and Campaigner.
With over 25 years of experience leading diverse global teams in the tech industry, she understands what it means to push against barriers – and break through them. As a woman of colour navigating corporate leadership, she’s lived the realities many only read about. Now, she uses that experience to help others do better. She leads bold, culture-changing training programmes to drive inclusion. Her work centres around the belief that real inclusion starts with listening to voices at the edges – the people too often overlooked.
She is a regular contributor in the media, including Forbes, The Guardian and BBC Radio. Through her keynotes, panels, and workshops, she empowers audiences to rethink how they lead, communicate, and connect across differences.
Alongside her business, she is a Non-Executive Director, a Board Advisor, and a Trustee for a youth homelessness charity, and a mentor for the next generation of leaders. She is committed to challenging norms, valuing difference, and helping teams thrive by including the perspectives that matter most.
