Susan has previously worked as a practitioner in the field of career development for almost twenty years and has always had an interest in the power of groups.  She is currently involved in doctoral research on the topic of group career coaching and has published several articles and delivered workshops at international conferences. Susan has also co-designed training workshops for the Career Development Institute, Graduate Futures and Skills Development Scotland.
