Can I pay by invoice?
Absolutely. We offer payment by invoice for all schools and educations institutions. Simply add your full order to your basket and select "pay by invoice" on the final checkout screen. Your books will be dispatched as soon as your invoice has been confirmed as paid. Payment terms are 14 days.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot fulfill international orders for our books. We recommend buying through other vendors who stock our titles and ship internationally, such as Amazon or Browns Books for Students.
What is the cost of delivery?
There is a cost for delivery on all orders. Postage is applied automatically at the checkout and is calculated by the number of books included in the order. The minimum postage cost is £4.80 for a single book and increases £1 for each book added to the order. Can I buy in bulk?
Absolutely. A large number of our regular customers are schools and educational institutions purchasing for their students or careers libraries. We offer a 10% discount on all orders of £500 and over, applied automatically at the checkout. We can also offer other bulk order and multi-copy discounts to schools - please contact us for more information.
How long will delivery take?
We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-2 days of receiving payment for orders. We guarantee delivery of all in-stock items within 7 working days but please allow 28 days for delivery of out-of-stock items, subject to availability.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day guarantee period (beginning on the date on the dispatch form) or within 8 working days of receiving goods. All returns must be authorised by us prior to being sent back. Any unauthorised returns will not be credited and all returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please make a note for your reference of the order number and item number/ISBN(s) given on the confirmation email. Contact us at info@trotman.co.uk and we can advise you on returning your item(s). Where possible, return the item(s) with the original despatch note and in the original packaging.

Will I be charged VAT?
In almost all cases, no. Books are 0% rated for VAT.
